- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return

- Pack the items securely and send them back using a trackable shipping method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
- If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping fees.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued as follows:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
